Performance Frameworks have emerged as an key “best practice” in the charter sector.  People from various perspectives are working together in some cities to develop Common School Performance Frameworks (CSPFs), that provide consistent information to charter school authorizers making school oversight decisions, as well as to families choosing schools for their children, charter operators, local districts, and other stakeholders.
